The terms that apply when you use and shop with emporiao.

Products and descriptions
Product pages describe the offered styles, materials, sizes, colors and care instructions. Please review the size guide before choosing a size. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. We do not make performance or certification claims beyond information specifically provided for a product.
Prices and checkout totals
Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout displays the product subtotal, shipping charge, tax charge and total before submission. Our shipping method is free standard shipping within the supported US regions. The checkout tax charge is $0.00; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
When you submit a payment through the store’s payment service, you authorize the payment method for the displayed total. Successful processing depends on authorization by the payment provider. An order request and a completed payment are distinct from order acceptance. Where an order is accepted, the order confirmation identifies the accepted details. Delivery
Delivery is available within the 50 United States and Washington, DC; overseas territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Read the Shipping Policy for the fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff and business-day calculation.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. We cover return shipping for our error, damage, defects or an incorrect item; customers cover change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are made to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Use of the website
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate details when submitting an order or support request. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse other people’s information. Website content and the emporiao brand assets may not be reproduced for an unrelated commercial use without permission.
